This 1958 Chevrolet Impala convertible features the optional Turbo-Thrust 348-cid V-8 engine with solid lifters, tri-power intake manifold and three two-barrel carburetors rated at 315 horsepower as well as the Turboglide automatic transmission and Positrac rear differential. Additional options include deluxe pushbutton radio, heater and defroster, power steering and electric windshield wipers. All components including brightwork, upholstery, suspension and electrical have been restored to factory-correct specifications. With a one-year-only body style, the Impala debuted in 1958 as a subseries of the Bel Air and as the flagship for the Chevrolet line.
